We are seeking a CRNA to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.

• Position Title: CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist)
• Schedule: 5x8 shifts or 2x12 shifts
• Start Time: 0530 (may vary up to 0700 start time)
• Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS, and current CRNA certification
• Primary Responsibilities:
• Administer anesthesia during surgeries and medical procedures in collaboration with surgical teams
• Assess patient health and medical history to determine appropriate anesthesia options
• Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring vital signs are stable and anesthesia levels are appropriate
• Manage anesthesia equipment and adjust medications as needed based on patient response
• Provide post-anesthesia care, including monitoring recovery from anesthesia and addressing any complications
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period
• Document all aspects of anesthesia care and patient monitoring in compliance with hospital protocols
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Assist with patient education regarding anesthesia risks and recovery expectations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest anesthesia techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
• Additional Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse medical team

• Previous experience (at least 2 years) in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Active Nursing License
• BLS
