We are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to help monetize our candidate database and resumes, grow our travel nurse and allied health provider (anesthesia technicians, surgical technologists, etc.)division, and create long-lasting relationships with both healthcare facilities and travel nurses.
Job Description:As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a key role in the growth and success of our allied health provider and travel nurse division. Your primary focus will be to match qualified travel nurses and allied health providers to open contracts across the country. You’ll work with our existing pool of nurse resumes, help build strong relationships with healthcare providers, and drive revenue growth for the business.
Responsibilities:- Monetize Resumes: Utilize our existing pool of travel nurse and allied health provider resumes to match qualified nurses and allied health providers with healthcare facilities in need of short-term staffing solutions.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring we have the right nurses and allied health providers for the job.
- Recruitment: Actively recruit new travel nurses and allied health providers, leveraging a variety of sources including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify new opportunities to expand our travel nurse contracts and drive business growth. This includes cold calling and networking to generate leads.
- Contract Management: Work closely with both nurses and facilities to manage contracts, ensuring compliance with all regulations and timelines.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of placements, commissions, and revenue growth, and report regularly to senior leadership.
- Strategy Development: Help shape and implement growth strategies for the travel nurse division, including developing new revenue streams and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Experience: Proven experience (at least 2 years) in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or sales (preferably with travel nurses).
- Sales Acumen: Strong ability to generate leads, close deals, and drive business growth.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, contracts, and timelines effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently and taking initiative to meet targets.
- Knowledge: Understanding of travel nurse licensing, contracts, and the healthcare staffing industry is a plus.
